great tips here but when flipping from ebay to amazon, one would actually have to take possession of the item and then ship it to the customer if/when it sold on amazon. this would cost money and on an item like leggos, probably eat up most if not any profit you might make. When you buy on Ebay and pay via paypal, the item is shipped to ebay registered address. we can’t drop-ship that item to another address as we can from Amazon to ebay customers. Correct?

      Hey John,

You’re right, but I don’t think the idea is to dropship. If you do your research and find that something is going to be good, you can just buy. Once you receive, you can either decide to FBA it (like I would) or MF it. Definitely money to be made here, but you’re correct to point out that dropshipping is not a good option. Thanks!

Just curious…would you flip the product in the example to only make $10? Also, don’t you have to factor in the shipping it would cost you to send in to Amazon to FBA it? So that $10 would actually be less. I’m just trying to figure out what is a good profit point when deciding which products to buy and resell. Thanks!
