I know that I mentioned the Acorns app a few posts ago, but I’m going back to another investing app in this post (they are great for getting free money).
Meet Robinhood.
It’s a $0 micro trading app that allows users to buy and sell stocks like Apple and Amazon.
This is a major shift from most investing apps. Most apps focus on investing in ETFs or mutual funds. The ability to invest in single companies is usually reserved for advanced trading platforms.
I have been using Robinhood for the past few months and I have to say it has been pretty straightforward and easy to use. I have roughly $100 in different stocks and I try to put $5-$10 in the account per month.
